10/10/10 Full-Body Boot Camp

Warm-up

25 4-count Jacks
25 Way Ups (standing, touch toes and then reach hands way up, getting on tip-toes & return quickly)
25 4-Count Mountain Climbers (each movement is one of four counts, counting 1, 2, 3, ONE, 1, 2, 3 TWO)
25 Burpees

10 Sets of 10, with 10 seconds rest in between sets (using light weights)
100 Push-ups
100 Squats*
100 Shoulder Dumbbell Presses*
100 Lunges (one leg at a time)*
100 Bent-over Dumbbell Row (for back)*
100 Crunches (with or without weight)
100 Double-Action Tricep Extensions (Standard tricep kick backs with an added lift up while arm is straight)*
100 Seconds of Plank (2 sets of 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest)
100 Alternating Bicep Curls*
100 Seconds of Side Plank (Split in 3 sets with 10 seconds rest)

*Can use 1-gallon jugs for 8.33lbs or weights.
