Tabata Pushups

Join me in this 4-minute workout using the Tabata method with the help of the GYMBOSS. We’ll do 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. I am NOT the push-up queen as you will see, but using this training method with the GYMBOSS really pushes me out of my comfort zone into the OUCH ZONE. 🙂 Get Ready, Get Set! GO!
