WEIGHT: MEN-55LB BARBELL/WOMEN-35LBS BARBELL 
10 DEAD LIFTS
10 STANDING BARBELL CURLS
10 CLEAN/PRESS 
10 OVERHEAD SQUATS

FIVE-ROUNDS CALLISTHENICS (for time)
10 JUMPING JACKS
10 BURPEES
10 (2-count) MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
10 PUSH UPS

 *2-count means you count one time for every time you move your right and left leg, instead of counting individually for each leg shift. 

FIVE-ROUNDS STRENGTH 2 (for time) – NEW SEGMENT!!
MEN-55LB BARBELL/WOMEN-35LBS BARBELL

10 heavy pants (bent over dbl row)
10 alternating military dbl press (ladders)
10 single arm dumbbell snatch (5L/5R)
10 weighted step back lunges (5L/5R)

10 DEAD LIFTS (video instruction below)
10 STANDING BARBELL CURLS
10 CLEAN/PRESS 
10 OVERHEAD SQUATS

5-ROUNDS ABS (2 rounds for time)
25 CRUNCHES (10lb plate)
25 SIDE ELBOW PLANK (10lbs)  L/R Hold weight with your free arm, vertically in the air.
25 V-UPS
25 SLOW BICYCLE CRUNCHES
25 FAST BICYCLE CRUNCHES
