Curl Presses Relay
Tools: Dumbbells or Bodylastics Bands
15 Bicep Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press
Slam Ball Relay
Tools: Medicine Ball
Ply Jump Relay
Tools: 15″ Plyo Box, Aerobics Step or Stair Step (can also be done on the floor)
Bear Crawl Challenge
Tools: Bodylastics Bands & Small Cone or Object
Player 1: Bear Crawl out, stretching forward as safely as possible, going out as far as you can go, and place a object on the ground and bear crawl back to starting point.
Player 2: Bear Crawl out, stretching as far as you can to retrieve the object.
Winner: Player 1 wins the round if Player 2 can’t reach the object or Player 2 wins the round if they retreive the object. Loser does 5 burpees.
Repeat: Player 2 now plants the object. Repeat 3 times (6 total times for team – 3 times planting, 3 times retrieving)
