10 Reediculous Shoulder Press
10 Reediculous Lateral Raise
10 Reediculous Front Raise
10 2-Pump Rear Delt Fly

(repeat 3 x)

This is one of four lower body workouts designed by Steve Pfiester to be a part of Designer Whey‘s Summer Shape Up Challenge. You can do it alone, or you can try their other workouts at http://www.DesignerWhey.com.

 

1st Circuit
Complete the following exercises for 45 seconds on, and then 15 seconds of rest
Air Squats
Skaters
Hamstring Curls

2nd Circuit
Complete the following exercises 20 repetitions each.
20 Long Jump
20 Goblet Squat
20 Dumbbell Over & Back Lunge (10 reps on each side)

3rd Circuit
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds each, remaining on the same leg throughout the circuit, and then repeating circuit on the opposite leg.

Warrior I
Warrior II
Warrior III

If you like to get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories, then do these exercises 3 rounds for time for the most intensity.

  Simple, Challenging & Effective!

25 Sit Ups

25 Knee Roll Ups or Toes to Bar (pictured left)

25 Oblique Crunches (on each side – 50 total)

    Repeat for 3 Rounds

Jump rope
Bar and plates
Chin-up/pull-up bar

The workout:
15 reps Clean & Press
15 reps Double Unders
15 reps Push Press
15 reps Double Unders
15 reps Toes to Bar
Complete four rounds for time.

Gone are the wintry days when you could camoflauge your pasta bloat with an oversized, flannel onesie. Warm weather begs you to shed those layers. But first, shed some layers of fat with this plyometric (a.k.a. jump-training) workout, led by FitStudio’s own Steve Pfiester.
